Basic Maintenance Service

  • Overall Cleaning: Vacuuming, Skim Surface Debris, Brushing, Tile Cleaning

  • Filter Cleaning: Backwash Filter, Empty Pump Baskets, Empty Skimmer Baskets

  • Test Chemical Levels and Adjust as Needed: Chlorine, pH Total Alkalinity, Calcium Hardness, Cyanuric Acid

  • Double Check Equipment is Operating Correctly


Service tag will be left following each visit to inform you what was done.



Filter Cleaning

Recommended Annually                                                                                                                                                  Starts at $100 per cleaning


  • Cleaning for both DE and Cartridge filter systems. Recommended cleaning at least once a year.



Equipment Repair and Replacement Parts

  • Assessment of all equipment during weekly/bi-weekly cleaning to assure that your pool is running at top efficiency.

  • Recommendations are given​ to either replace or upgrade as needed.
